1. Printing
First, a specialised printer loaded with premium textile inks prints your digital artwork in reverse directly onto a clear DTF PET film. 2. Powder Application

We place the cured film face-down onto the hi vis vest. Using a commercial heat press, we apply firm, medium pressure at roughly 150°C to 160°C for 10 to 15 seconds. This bonds the design seamlessly to the polyester fabric.
5. Peeling and Post-Press
Finally, we peel the film away from the garment. Depending on the exact film used, we do this while it is warm or completely cold. We then apply a brief post-press for 5 to 10 seconds using a protective sheet. This step permanently seals the ink and drastically improves the washability of your workwear.
